The CVUSD Online Enrollment website allows you to start the process of enrolling a new student in the Castro Valley Unified School District (CVUSD).  Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical, and language information will be collected.  Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to our enrollment staff.  A CVUSD staff member will follow up with an email to you with notification of additional steps that may be needed to complete enrollment in CVUSD.  If you do not receive communication from a CVUSD staff member within TEN working days, please email or call the school listed on application for students in grades TK-8 or cbecerra@cv.k12.ca.us for grades 9-12.

You must have a valid resident address located within the Castro Valley Unified School District boundaries (click) to complete the enrollment application.  You also need an email address to use the system so please have or create one prior to starting.  The online enrollment process typically takes 20-30 minutes for an individual student. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume the process at a later time.

To begin a NEW student enrollment click the "Enroll a New Student" button (below right corner). Please make sure that you pick the correct year from the drop-down tab. Typically, the current school year and the next school year are available so please ensure that you are selecting the appropriate year. 

If you would like to CONTINUE the enrollment of your student that has been previously started, or enroll a sibling, click the "Login" button (below left corner).
