The CVUSD Online Enrollment website allows you to start the process of enrolling a new student in the Castro Valley Unified School District (CVUSD). Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to our enrollment staff. A CVUSD staff member will follow up with an email to you with notification of additional steps that may be needed to complete enrollment in CVUSD.
You must have a valid resident address located within the Castro Valley Unified School District boundaries to use the system. You also need an Email address, if you do not have an Email address, you will need to create one before getting started. The internet enrollment process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process at one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume the process at a later time.
To begin a NEW student enrollment click the "Enroll a New Student" button (below right corner)
Once an account has been created you can login to enroll another student (or re-print the confirmation document). You will then choose the correct year and click next. Once you click next on the Required Information page, you will need to log in as an existing user. This will allow some of the information that was input for the previous student to auto-populate for the student you are currently enrolling.
If you would like to CONTINUE with an enrollment of a student that has been previously started, or enroll a sibling, click the "Login" button (below left corner)
